Disney Parks – Mobile Order State Enhancements
Mobile Order allows park goers to skip lines and order food on the Disney Parks App. However, when the food was ready, a significant number of people were not picking up their food in time, creating operational bottlenecks and food wastage due to food safety considerations.
We saw an opportunity to completely reimagine and streamline the flow, with carefully crafted animations and thoughtful modifications throughout.
